Who is this guide for?

This guide is for anyone monitoring system activity with an Admin account.
  • You want to see who changed what and when

Use cases

Troubleshooting

Trace the change history when a problem occurs with a campaign.
  1. Go to the Logs menu.
  2. Set Event type to “Campaign updated”.
  3. Review the change history for that campaign.

User activity audit

Review all activity by a specific user.
  1. Go to the Logs menu.
  2. Enter the user’s email in the Actor filter.
  3. Review all of that user’s action history.

Daily change summary

Review all changes made in the system during a day.
  1. Go to the Logs menu.
  2. Set the Period filter to today.
  3. Review all changes made today.

Log retention policy

Retention period

Activity logs are read-only. They cannot be edited or deleted, to preserve data integrity.

Optimizing query performance

Use filters when viewing large volumes of logs.
Specifying a date range and event type significantly speeds up queries.

View permissions

Only Admins can view activity logs. They contain sensitive system information, so manage them carefully.

Troubleshooting

No. Activity logs cannot be deleted, to preserve data integrity. They are retained permanently for legal requirements and audit purposes.
All create, update, and delete operations in the database are recorded. However, view (read) operations are not recorded.
Use filters to narrow the search scope:
  1. Specify a date range
  2. Select an event type
  3. Specify an actor
Currently, only data change operations are recorded. View (GET) requests made through the API are not recorded separately.
There is currently no way to filter directly by campaign ID. Set Event type to “Campaign updated” and look for it in the list.
Log export is not currently available. If you need it, please contact your administrator separately.
