When using a public cloud service, infrastructure costs are billed by that service in proportion to usage, which keeps pricing transparent. If you need maintenance support from A2 experts, we offer add-on services such as basic operations, incident response, and product upgrades. This is a useful option when you lack sufficient in-house developers or need timely adoption and stable operations. #### Pricing structure varies by plan. A2 On-Premise offers several paid plans to meet different customer needs: Free, Starter, Professional * Free: A trial version for customers evaluating A2 * Starter: A fixed annual license fee, so you can use it without a heavy commitment. * Professional: No annual license fee; instead, a commission is charged based on the customer's ad revenue. #### Total cost of ownership is different. Each customer gets its own dedicated cluster, so systems are isolated per customer for stronger security and stability. ### Key benefits of A2 Cloud 1. **SaaS-like rapid adoption**: You can adopt and start using it quickly without building infrastructure or hiring specialists, saving upfront cost and time. 2. **Easy migration to on-premise**: Even if you've been running A2 on a public cloud, you can easily switch to an on-premise environment. Because A2 On-Premise and Cloud share the same system architecture, moving from Cloud -> On-Premise is flexible. 3. **Cost-effective pricing**: A2 Cloud pricing is essentially the cost of the A2 on-premise system plus a small public cloud operating cost, so you can run it for less than other SaaS solutions and at a predictable price. How do I get started? If you want to use the service on-premise, please contact [a2support@aiderx.io](mailto:a2support@aiderx.io). After signing up and filling out a short questionnaire, you can try A2-Cloud free for 2 weeks. ([Start your free trial](https://aiderx.io/en/trial)) #### What is the difference between A2 On-Premise and A2-Cloud? A2 On-Premise is an on-premise (installable) product deployed within the customer's existing environment (self-hosted, private cloud, or public cloud), while A2-Cloud is a SaaS-style service. A2-Cloud includes the public cloud environment needed to run A2, so you can think of it as delegating the installation and operation of A2. #### What is A2's pricing policy? For detailed pricing, see [Pricing](https://aiderx.io/pricing). ### A2 service support #### When I log in to the admin console, I see a warning asking me to set a new password. What should I do? The warning appears for security reasons because your password is still set to the initial password. Change your password in the My Account menu. #### My campaign and its placement allocation have both been approved, but the campaign isn't being shown. What should I do? Check the following campaign status: * Whether the campaign period includes the current date * Whether the campaign budget is set to more than 0 #### Resources I created, such as campaigns or placements, don't appear in the list. Why? All resources are visible only to the individual who created them. If you are an admin, link the account using the account link feature and then check. ### License management #### My license has reached its expiration date. What should I do? Extend your license using the license extension button in Settings, then follow the subsequent steps. #### I've reached my license limit. What should I do? * If you reach the API call usage limit, all ad requests return 429. Please contact us about upgrading your license. * If you reach the limit on the number of placements, advertiser accounts, or retailer accounts, you cannot create more.
